This award highlights employees who consistently perform their duties with excellence but may not always receive the recognition they deserve. Every month, we honor these unsung heroes for their invaluable contributions.
For October, we are thrilled to honor Ms. Lorraine Coates, who serves as an administrative assistant for the Facilities and Operations department. Not only does she handle the intricacies of the operations team, but she is also the first voice people hear when they call the district office. Nominated by Mr. James Martin, Interim Chief of Operations, Ms. Coates was praised for embodying the qualities of a true operations professional.
