Fifteen members of the Woodland High School Student Council attended the South Carolina Association of Student Councils (SCASC) state convention held March 14–16 at Chapin High School.

During the three-day event, students participated in leadership workshops, networked with peers from across the state, and engaged in the democratic process by campaigning and voting for district and state officers.

Sophomore class officer Taylor Rinehart, along with fellow council members, campaigned with enthusiasm and determination for the position of District 1 Chair. Though not elected, the experience proved to be a valuable opportunity for growth and leadership development.

The Woodland delegation returned with fresh ideas, strengthened bonds, and a renewed passion for student leadership.
