Dorchester School District 4 is thrilled to continue its "Everyday Hero" employee recognition program, celebrating the extraordinary individuals who contribute tirelessly to the success of our schools. These unsung heroes work behind the scenes, ensuring that our students thrive in a nurturing and supportive environment. Each honoree receives a certificate of appreciation and a distinguished coin from Superintendent Jeff Beckwith as a token of the district's gratitude.
For December, we proudly recognize Terri Wilson, a dedicated food service technician at Clay Hill Elementary School, as our first Everyday Hero. Terri was nominated by Mr. Earle, the Director of Food & Nutrition for Dorchester District 4, who shared heartfelt words about her invaluable contributions:
